Ten Things You’d Fix in Your Home (if you had the time and money)

This is an easy one seeing as I just moved into my first home.

1. paint all bedrooms
2. stain deck
3. replace rusty sinks
4. change bathroom lighting fixtures
5. add water feature in backyard
6. landscape the front yard
7. replace front door
8. get plumbing to fridge to take advantage of water and ice dispenser
9. reconfigure walk-in closet
10. get windows replaced
