1. How long since you have been with your dad? He lives in the basement, so … yesterday.

3. Will you see your dad tomorrow? definitely, we’re going to my brother’s for a BBQ
4. Do you give him gifts on Father’s Day? usually, but he never really wants anything
5. Have you ever had a tough time in your relationship with your father? absolutely. we’ve been through a lot of tough roads, but are finally starting to see more eye to eye
6. What was the last thing that you did with your dad? we went out for dinner Tuesday night
7. Growing up, was your dad tough on you? yup, he was the disciplinarian
8. Are you close to your father? yes, I would say so
9. How long since you have spoke to him? a couple of hours

10 Places You’d Take a Tourist to See in Your Hometown

I live very close to Toronto, so here’s my list for the GTA.

1. The Docks – The most amazing place you’ll ever go. It has everything from a rockwall to drive-in movies, and all downtown!
2. Bata Shoe Museum – Not just for ladies, it’s a great history told in footwear.
3. Bowmanville Zoo – I haven’t actually been there myself, but I’ve been meaning to. It’s supposed to be more hands-on than regular zoos.
4. CN Tower – Everyone has to experience this!
5. Centre Island – Beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It boasts bicycle trails and Centreville for kids.
6. Hippo Tour – Again, I’ve never done this though did try (long story). It’s a bus that tours the streets then hits the water.
7. Eaton Centre – Shopping at it’s finest.
8. Shakespeare in the Park – A different play is put on every summer in High Park for donations. Make sure you bring a picnic and blanket.
9. Canada’s Wonderland – Not exactly in Toronto, but close enough. A great amusement park.
10. Ontario Place – A beautiful green space complete with a large kids area and concert venue.
